The company has an excellent infrastructural facility, with a yard that handles 200 tons in loading and unloading. Senthil Steel & Alloys rolls TMT rods in 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm, which are tested on the Universal Testing Machine in the Senthil Steel laboratory as well as at SITARC (Scientific and Industrial Testing and Research Centre) testing and calibration laboratory.
The scrap utilised is imported from the UAE. The company has a melting division that can handle up to 70,000 tons per annum, and SS TMT 500 D has its own sponge iron unit, MPS Steel Castings (P) Ltd, Kanjikode, Kerala.
