SS TMT bars are tested twice using the Universal Testing Machine to check that their tensile stress and compressive strength correspond to the highest micro-structural standards at the international level – in the Senthil Steel laboratory and at SITARC testing and calibration laboratory.

Quality parameters conform to IS 1786:2008 and the international recommendation by CEB. An efficient and experienced team of quality control engineers manning our laboratory ensures that no effort is spared in achieving these standards.
Our own sponge iron unit, MPS Steel Castings (P) Ltd, Kanjikode, supplies screened and tested raw material.
Uniform heating in the electric furnace keeps the composition consistent; every billet is checked by our lab.
Billets are rolled and thermo mechanically treated into Fe 500 D bars, then tested twice on the Universal Testing Machine.
